If you want to train someone effectively, it is essential to be clear about why you are doing so. Understanding what motivates people and makes them strive for better performance is key. To do this, you must become an active and intuitive listener. It is important for your customers to feel confident that you are genuinely interested in their well-being.

Additionally, it is beneficial to eliminate all digital distractions during sessions to ensure full attention. You can assign tasks to each worker when creating training sessions, based on their performance results and personal difficulties. This could be as simple as increasing your customer satisfaction score by five percent in one month or managing two additional cases per day to increase productivity levels.
